James McNeil SR. IS A BUFFALO, NY NATIVE. MARINE VET, COACH AND VISIONARY.

James McNeil Sr. Is a Marine Corps veteran, husband and father of 2. He is dedicated and has an unwavering passion for making a difference in the community through education and sports while empowering the youth through mentorship.

Mr. McNeil has served as Youth Director for the Belle Center from 2006 – 2013

Youth Director for The Salvation Army from 2014 – to present

His consistent interaction with the youth doesn’t stop there, he is currently also a USA-certified football and basketball coach and has been in that role since 2007.

From directing after-school and summer programs to coaching various sports. His experience working with the youth in and out of the classroom is an major asset to our organization and Western New York as a whole.

Felicia Johnson, IS A WESTERN NEW YORK NATIVE. Community Organizer and Voice

Miss Johnson is the oldest of five children and the first generation of college educated. She was born to strong southern parents

with roots in Mississippi and Georgia.

She began her college career at an HBCU:

Spellman College and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo

with her Associates & Bachelor’s Degree and has coursework towards her Masters

Degree.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority

Inc.

She started her career in corporate America at Ford Motor Company and

has spent the last 21 years in the health industry which is where her passion lies.

Felicia has dedicated her time, skills and voice to ensure the underserved communities have

access to quality health services. She currently works for Oishei Children’s

Hospital as a part of management.

My greatest accolade is that I'm the mother of one son who coaches High School Basketball which has blessed me with a beautiful grand-daughter.

Tanitra Duncan the proud wife and mother of 3 has always had a passion for art. She started Squiggly Art Face and Body painting in 2017. She has worked with serveral government and private organizations in Buffalo, New York.

2019-Present has volunteered for the CHILDRENS ACTIVITY COMITTEE and THE ARTS AND CULTURE COMMITTEE FOR THE JUNETEENTH OF BUFFALO INC.

THE WORK YOU DO FOR YOUR COMMUNITY, IS THE GREATEST FORM OF TRUE ART.
